OVERSEAS LISTING

• To participate as an equity partner in Companies that intends to be listed in overseas exchange
• To support the government's effort to increase bumiputera equity holding in the capital market

• Malaysian incorporated company that has secured an agreement to be listed overseas
• The main business activity must be operating in Malaysia i.e. a minimum of 50% of its revenue must come from its Malaysian based company
• Have appointed advisors for the listing exercise overseas

• Maximum of RM10.0 million

• Maximum of three (3) years

• For New Issues - To subscribe to a minimum of 5% and maximum of 30% from the enlarged equity interest in the Target Company
• For Existing Shares - To subscribe to a minimum of 5% and maximum of 30% from the equity interest in the Target Company
• Combination of both new issues or acquisition of shares from existing shareholders
• Instrument: Ordinary shares in the Target Company
