INVESTMENT IN PRE-IPO COMPANIES

Objective

• To promote active participation of middle-level Bumiputera (UMB) in competitive industries
• To allow UMB to enhance his / her experience in the management and operation of a company with the potential of going for Initial Public Offering (IPO)

Criteria of Target Company

• Companies with potential for listing in Bursa Malaysia within a year
• Companies with a minimum of three (3) years continuous profit after tax

Size of Investment

• Maximum of RM1 million and maximum of RM10 million

Tenure of Investment

• Maximum of four (4) years
