KUALA LUMPUR: The people should celebrate the Merdeka spirit whether they are at home or at their workplace, said Infor¬mation, Communications and Culture Minister Datuk Seri Dr Rais Yatim.
Despite the Ramadan month, Dr Rais said he was confident that the people would continue to celebrate Malaysia Day later on Sept 16.
“As Sept 16 comes, people from different backgrounds will come together and celebrate our country’s birthday.
