FRANCHISEE FINANCING SCHEME

This scheme is set up to provide financing to Bumiputera franchisees in starting and expanding their businesses.

Criteria

• Franchisor / Master Franchisee must be registered with Registrar of Franchise (ROF) and Malaysian Franchise Association (MFA)
• 100% equity owned by Bumiputera
• 51% BOD and Management are Bumiputera
• Franchisee must contribute at least 20% of total project cost

• Term Loan

Size Of Financing

• RM 20,000 - RM 500,000

Tenure Of Financing

• Maximum of 5 years

Margin Of Financing

• Maximum of 80% of total project cost

Interest Rate

• 4% per annum
