PNS constantly seeks viable investments in securing Master Franchise Rights to foreign brands to be brought in and be added into our list of established brands, and to be developed domestically.
Our existing list of brands includes : - Forest’secret, a company which sells herbal and organic based beauty and health products
- Gloria Jeans Coffee, an international premium coffee franchise originated from USA with more operating stores in over 30 countries
- Promotional Activities
Within Malaysia, Francais Usahawan Muda 1Malaysia (FUM1) is an annual event which promotes franchise businesses and opportunities among youths and the young professionals. FUM1 road shows are held at every economic development corridors such as ISKANDAR, ECER, NCER, SCORE, SEDC. In addition, we actively participate in other programs and activities organized by various ministries, agencies and NGO’s promoting entrepreneurship opportunities.
PNS actively participates and lead Malaysian franchisors in various domestic and international trade missions and exhibitions. International trade missions extend to Dubai, New Delhi, Cairo, London, Manila, Jakarta, Melbourne, Vietnam, and all around the world with the main objective to promote domestic franchise brands for international expansion.
- Financing
PNS offers various financing schemes to assist franchise entrepreneurs in acquiring equipments, renovation of business premises, working capital.
Other financing schemes offered : - contract financing : a short term to medium term financing to contractors, who have been rewarded contract to undertake projects (supply goods and/or services) under progress payment arrangement
- licensing : a financing scheme catered to provide assistance to businesses which does not fall under the franchise industry category. The scheme is designed to develop and prepare pool of ready franchisors.
