To encourage Bumiputera youth to venture into franchise business by providing start-up financing
- Bumiputera aged 21 and 40 years
- Sendirian Berhad company with 100% equity owned by Bumiputera
- Contribute at least 10% of the total project cost
- Mode of financing: Term loan
- Margin of financing: Up to 90% of project cost
- Size of financing: RM20,000 to RM500,000
- Interest rate: 6% per annum
- Maximum tenure: up to 5 years
