Business Operation Division

This division consists of the Business Department, Franchise Development Department and Credit Management Department.

Business Department

  • The Business Department of Perbadanan Nasional Berhad (PNS) is responsible to market the whole range of franchise and non-franchise financing and investment products. The products consist of franchise and non-franchise financing, equity investment and property investment. In addition, the department also help to market services offered by PNS such as consultancy, basic accounting services and franchise and non-franchise related training.

  • The department is also responsible to process each financing application received up to its approval. The disbursement of the approved funds will be handled later by the Credit Management Department. Apart from undertaking promotion and marketing functions, the department’s personnel also are required to maintain good rapport and relationship with active franchisors. Each personnel or Account Managers are given certain number of franchisors under their care. PNS Regional Offices are under the purview of this department. They carry the same role played at headquarters level. PNS Regional Offices consist of Northern Region, Eastern Region, Southern Region, Central Region, Sabah Region and Sarawak Region.

Franchise Development Department

Credit Management Department

  • To oversee and manage financing funds withdrawal.

  • To monitor and manage the repayment of financing funds.

  • To monitor the financing funds account performance and the client’s business performance.

  • To implement arrears and debt collection activities ( including utilizing legal channels).

  • To schedule and/or restructure problematic financing account.

  • To control the rate of non-performing financing accounts (non-performing financing).

  • To dispose of outdated debts.
