Corporate Strategy Division

This division consist of the Business Planning Department and Organization Development Department.  
Business Planning Department

  • Leads strategic marketing and market plans for the business in supporting the strategic business plan.
  • To review business practices, products, investments and operations are in compliance with Shariah principles.
  • To develop new Islamic products and other products relevant to the organization given mandate.
  • To review existing products to in line with the current market trends and demand.
  • As a focal point in dealing with any Shariah matters/enquiries between department and the appointed Shariah Advisor.
  • Formation of company’s short and long term strategic planning, implementation and monitoring.
  • Formation of Annual Corporate KPI to be submitted to MOF.
  • Coordinate formation Top Line KPI formation at Division and Department’s level.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, Midyear and end year review on KPI performance achievement at Ministry, Corporate, Division and Department’s level.
  • Prepare report to Ministries on KPI achievement on monthly, quarterly basis.
  • Manage special projects assign by the management.
  • Coordinates projects needs, Focal point between the Project Team and Management in managing project and for decision making.
  • To ensure the overall objectives are met within the project scope.
Organization Development Department

  • Plans, organizes, leads and develops the OD functions.
  • Serves as “agents of change” in support of new initiatives on strategies for leading and managing change.
  • Develop implementation strategies for communication, resistance management, coaching, training, accountability and rewards to reinforce adaptation of the changes.
  • Leads the leadership talent development and leadership performance management processes.
  • Aligns leadership development, performance management and other initiatives with identified short, mid and long-term business strategies.
  • Identifies and addresses issues that affect the overall health of the organization, including morale, effectiveness, turnover, absenteeism and productivity.
  • Provides analytical and professional advice in business process management, including the development and refinement of policies and procedures, rules and regulations to support the organization’s overall strategic direction.
  • Promoting Quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
  • Develop, implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Systems and Policies into Compliance.
  • Ensuring compliance of Quality with National and International standards and legislation or ISO Standards.
  • Provide reports to Management on Quality Management Systems report.
  • To coordinate on ISO Audit on yearly basis.
  • To Plan on Quality Management and or other ISO Certification for the company.
  • To Plan on other certification and or Quality Award for the company.
  • To manage on data and reporting for the organization is accurate and reported within timeline set.
  • Assist the Managing Director on preparation of Post Cabinet Meeting, presentation material and external meeting.
