Franchise Program

Human capital investment is an investment that will produce valuable assets for both the organization and nation. In line with that objective, Perbadanan Nasional Berhad (PNS) has taken the initiative to establish PNS Academy. The main function of the PNS Academy is to provide courses, program training and consultancy. In fact, PNS Academy has taken further steps not only in sharing information in franchising but also to offer courses in aspects such as human resource management, career development, competency tests and others.

PNS Academy is one of the departments under PNS and it was officially launched on 1st July, 2009. It launched its first commercial course in January 2011. In addition to that, now non-franchise programs are also available for members of the public. With the vision of Creating Partnership in Knowledge to Build a Better Business World, PNS Academy endeavours to increase expertise and human development, develop quality, ambitious and competitive entrepreneurs, provide consultancy services and a comprehensive solution in the business field and at the same time contribute to the National Key Result Areas (NKRA). PNS Academy hopes to produce quality franchisors and franchisees. Certainly this will assist and provide support in the development of the national franchise industry
