|Dickson Low, 49 years of age is a veteran in the Food & Beverage industry. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the F&B industry. Dickson is also the co-founder for the 1st company brand The Manhattan FISH MARKET. He currently oversees the day-to-day operations of the Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen restaurants in Singapore, Tony Roma’s restaurants and New York Steak Shack in Malaysia. Dickson is also the Chief Innovation Officer for adding new brand to the Revenue Valley Group.
Dickson’s experience includes managing QSR chains in Singapore ie. Long John Silvers and Texas Fried Chicken and casual dining concepts like Viet Café, Supper Club etc. He has also managed bars and discos in Singapore including Modestos and the Wong San Group in Singapore. He is a very strong ‘operations-minded’ leader, who rose up from rank and file in the F&B industry from a mere service staff to his current position.
His strength in developing people and developing the brand in new territories has seen the Group grow over the last few years. His responsibilities include meeting the Profit Budget for the chain of restaurants he managed. He also, oversees all aspect of restaurant business (Operations, development, product development and production) to ensure all the standards are met and maintained.
