LICENSING BUSINESS FINANCING SCHEME
   
Objective(s)
 
  • To develop and increase the number of entrepreneurs
  • To support businesses to enhance their potentials and to convert to a franchise business
  • To develop and prepare a pool of potential franchisors
   
Criteria
   
 
Licensor Licensee
  • Companies incorporated / registered in Malaysia with positive financial and business track record of at least 2 years
  • Must be a Sdn Bhd company
  • The business must be Syariah compliant
  • The business must be Syariah compliant
  • Offer letter from Licensor
   
   
Financing Structure
   
 
Licensor Licensee
  • Financing Size : RM 20,000 to RM 1,000,000
  • Financing Margin : Subject to three times of shareholder funds
  • Profit Rate : 4.75% per annum
  • Repayment Term : Up to 10 years
  • Financing Mode : Islamic Financing
  • Financing Size : RM 20,000 to  RM 500,000
  • Financing Margin : Maximum 70% from project cost
  • Profit Rate : 4.75% per annum
  • Repayment Term : Up to 7%
  • Financing Mode : Islamic Financing
