EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES - To handle property investment functions including but not limited to property disposals and acquisition and property investment activities in line with the Company's policy.
- To identify and analyse risk exposures of the property prior to investment and any recommendation or implementation of any strategies and action plans materialised
- To review, analyse the periodic financial projections of the property, assess the internal and external factors affecting the asset management strategies and recommend solutions to optimise returns.
- To prepare periodic reports, proposals, updates, presentations etc. to management.
- To perform cross departmental/divisional tasks and work with the relevant committees, executives, managers and/or consultants to achieve the objectives set out by the company.
- To assist the Division/Department Head with any other tasks.
REQUIREMENT - Strong interest in Malaysian Real Estate.
- Must have good research, analytical and report writing skills.
- Ability to write clearly in English.
- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor' Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business studies/ Property Development/Real Estate Management, Law, Urban Studies/Town Planning or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in a reputable property development company or consultancy firm with exposure in property development and investment activities.
- Good offhand knowledge in National Land Code, Building Law, Property and Building Industry and other authority guidelines.
- Willing to work long hours and travel extensively.
