SKIM FRANCAIS EKSEKUTIF

 

 

Objektif

  • Menggalakkan lebih ramai Bumiputera yang berkhidmat dalam sektor awam dan swasta melibatkan diri dalam perniagaan francais
  • Tumpuan akan diberikan kepada mereka yang berhasrat untuk berhenti kerja melalui skim pemberhentian sukarela (VSS) atau bersara awal

Kriteria

  • Berumur 25 tahun ke atas.
  • Keutamaan diberi kepada individu yang memiliki kelayakan minima Diploma.
  • Francaisor/Francaisi Induk berdaftar dengan Pendaftar Francais.
  • 100% ekuiti milik Bumiputera.
  • Surat Tawaran dari Francaisor/Francaisi Induk.
  • Usahawan menjadi pemilik/pengusaha.
  • Permohonan pembiayaan bagi pemilikan tunggal adalah bagi jumlah pembiayaan tidak melebihi RM250,000.
  • Permohonan pembiayaan perlu dibuat melalui Syarikat Sdn Bhd untuk pembiayaan melebihi RM250,000.
  • Perniagaan mesti mematuhi garis panduan syariah.

Pembiayaan

  • Konsep pembiayaan : Pembiayaan Islam
  • Margin pembiayaan : Sehingga 70% daripada kos projek
  • Saiz pembiayaan : RM50,000 hingga RM1 juta
  • Kadar Keuntungan : 6% setahun
  • Jangkamasa Pembiayaan : Lima (5) tahun
